The Block 2025 Recap + VIP Visit with Freedom
We were so honoured to be invited to the VIP reveal night with Freedom Kitchens & Wardrobes for The Block 2025! It was an incredible experience walking through all five homes — and let us tell you, they were even more breathtaking in person.
Each home had its own unique style, personality, and flair. Below are a few of our favourite rooms from each, along with the little details that made them unforgettable.
It was also such a joy to catch up with all the contestants — and we can confirm, they’re just as lovely (if not lovelier) in person!
House 3 — Britt & Taz
Their living, dining and kitchen space was an absolute showstopper. The timber-battened roof, stone-clad feature wall, and warm tonal palette created a sense of calm and luxury that was simply stunning. We especially loved how they paired our Marco Pull in Dull Brushed Nickel, perfectly tying in with the stainless steel appliances while providing contrast against the warm cabinetry. A beautifully balanced space that felt both refined and welcoming.
Emma & Ben
Emma and Ben’s home radiated warmth and comfort from the moment you stepped inside. Their colour palette was soft, rich, and incredibly inviting - the kind of home you instantly feel at ease in. The rumpus room was a standout, as was their master bedroom and WIR featuring the Ova TouchStone Handles in Rosso Levanto marble. We loved their attention to detail in design, and excellent skill at mixing materials to created a beautiful cohesive room with character every time.
Sonny & Alicia
Stepping into Sonny and Alicia’s home truly felt like stepping into your own. Every detail was thoughtful, warm, and full of personality. Their colour-drenched rumpus room was a favourite - bold yet comforting - and their open backyard created a space that felt effortlessly livable and family-focused.
Robby & Matt
Robby and Matt’s home was the definition of functional luxury. From the jaw-dropping wine cellar to the abundance of smart amenities, every inch had been carefully considered. The overall style carried a modern farmhouse feel, flowing peacefully from room to room - beautifully styled, practical, and inviting in every way.
Han & Can
Han and Can’s home was dripping in luxury from top to bottom. Every space felt sophisticated, refined, and oh-so elegant. The touches of gold in the kitchen and pantry spaces from the Vesio handles added an extra layer of luxury. We especially loved their pantry and laundry, with a clever door leading straight outside, and their movie room, which was an undeniable highlight.
A Night to Remember
A massive thank you to Freedom Kitchens & Wardrobes and all the talented contestants from The Block 2025 for such an amazing evening. We left feeling inspired, grateful, and so excited for what’s to come next year.
