Do you source your handles from China?
We are 98% non-reliant on supplies from China. If you’d like confirmation for a specific product, just ask—we’re happy to share where each handle is made.
Are your handles available ex stock?
Yes. We hold large stock to service large architectural projects, thousands of cabinetmakers, and home renovators. Due to our huge range, some items may be on back order—if so, we’ll notify you with an ETA. For sizeable projects, please let us know early so we can allocate stock.
Which countries do you source your handles from?

Outdoor & Care FAQs
Will sea air affect a handle’s finish?
External environments can prematurely deteriorate finishes. We recommend stainless steel for better resilience, but note: our stainless ranges are not 316 marine grade, so our lifetime warranty does not apply outdoors.
What do you recommend for an outdoor kitchen?
We don’t recommend our handles for outdoor use. Using them outside will void the warranty.
Can I use natural orange extract cleaners?
No—citrus cleaners are acidic. Use warm soapy water only.
Can I use products like Windex or Ajax on handles?
Formulas vary and may contain acids. A diluted pH-neutral detergent could be suitable—always spot-test the underside first. Our recommendation remains warm soapy water only.
What is a “living finish” on cast iron?
Cast iron is a living finish: iron is treated to a pewter-effect and further treated for anti-corrosion, but it will naturally patinate with use.
Will cast iron rust?
Regular handling and wiping helps maintain the finish. If left untouched in humid environments, surface rust can appear.
How do I clean cast iron handles?
Warm soapy water and a soft cloth.

They’re protected by a four-stage waterproofing sealant that preserves the natural look and texture while adding resistance to moisture.
